I offer one-to-one coaching, having gained an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (the science of what makes people happy), and studied existential coaching.


I work within a mindful space, helping you to develop a non-judgemental awareness of the goals that are most important to you, and the things that are getting in the way of reaching these. Together we will develop strategies for overcoming these obstacles, and work together to quieten the 'saboteurs' that we all have in our heads. My approach is calm, curious, and warm, because above all, I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, without any expectations of how you 'should' be, and where you can be absolutely honest with me about what you want, and how you feel. I am not a 'bootcamp' drill sergeant to yell instructions at you: if you're feeling unmotivated, we'll explore together where your passions really lie, and how you can feed the fire within you to produce the drive you need to succeed.
